Welcome to Rguru ("the App"). Rguru is owned and operated by Aadhavan tech. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
1. Description of Services
Rguru provides an AI-driven and community-powered English learning platform featuring:
AI Learning & Voice Interaction: Interactive AI features designed to analyze, correct, and improve English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation through text and simulated audio responses.
Smart Hindi-English Dictionary: A proprietary curated database of words, phrases, and conversational sentences with their Hindi contextual meanings.
Global live voice call person to person Matching:A real-time voice and text connection service linking random English learners worldwide for language practice.
2. Zero-Tolerance Acceptable Use Policy (UGC Compliance)
Because Rguru features real-time interaction between users, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against abuse. In compliance with Google Play's User-Generated Content (UGC) policies, violations will result in an immediate, permanent device-level and account-level ban without warning.
A. Prohibited Behavior
Harassment, Bullying, and Hate Speech: You may not insult, threaten, demean, or use derogatory language based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, or disability in live voice call person to person and AI talking features.
Sexual Content and Nudity: Sharing or transmitting sexually explicit text, voice notes, audio, or inappropriate romantic advances is strictly prohibited. Rguru app is strictly an educational platform, NOT a dating app.
Scams, Fraud, and Impersonation: You may not solicit financial details, extort money, or impersonate any individual, support staff, or organization.
System Abuse and Jailbreaking:You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the App or intentionally manipulate the AI models to generate harmful, illegal, or explicit content.
B. Mandatory Safety Controls
To keep our community safe, the App provides built-in mechanisms that users must utilize:
1. Instant Reporting: Users can immediately report any partner violating our terms via a prominent "Report" button inside the interaction screen.
2. Instant Blocking: Users can block any partner instantly, ensuring they are permanently decoupled and never matched again.
3. 24-Hour Moderation Action: Our moderation team reviews all user reports within 24 hours. Valid violations result in immediate service termination.
3. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Global person to person voice call Random Matching feature. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may only access the Smart Dictionary and automated AI Learning modules under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Rguru does not knowingly collect data from or allow usage by children under 13.
4. Intellectual Property & Fair Use
The Smart Dictionary database, Hindi translations, UI designs, and AI-generated training responses are the exclusive intellectual property of Aadhavan tech. Scraping, copying, cloning, or distributing this data commercially without written consent is legally prohibited.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
As-Is Basis: Rguru is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate AI translations or continuous matching availability.
Voice calling person to person Interactions: Aadhavan tech acts strictly as a facilitator for language learning. We are NOT legally liable or responsible for the behavior, speech, or actions of users during live voice calling person to person . You are solely responsible for protecting your personal information (such as phone numbers, social media handles, or locations) while speaking with strangers.
